The Fog is a radioactive mass of cloud material that plagues Mount Desert Island and the surrounding islands. Found only across The Island, these ghouls consist of the locals that have turned feral due to overexposure to the radioactive fog that plagues the region. Painted ghoul is a creature in Far Harbor. I imagine that it’s just changing a bunch of variables within the game files but I have no idea how to do it.
